  • Emergency or last-minute bookings (within 24 hours) are subject to a $15 per day surcharge. I understand emergencies are already stressful, and this helps cover short-notice schedule adjustments while still providing calm, reliable care.

    This fee applies only to short-notice bookings and does not apply to scheduled stays.
